Simply the best training course that I have attended. It was superbly organised, structured and planned, which made it highly informative and enriching. It was also experiental, in that those attending were given regular oppertunities to paricipate as well as practice the content, methods and skills involved. Cormac and Jodie are first-class trainers. They provided a great comprehensive manual, demos with each section, break-out sessions with each section and has created an open-ended structure...allowing each practitioner to be client-centered at all times. The best is that although the manual was detailed and full of "fish", they taught us all to fish. This makes each participant less dependent on the specific words, and gaining confidence in their ability to work with the processes. PLUS... this structure works for many types of problems.
